This magnificent antique French Trembler brooch was made during the Victorian era, Circa 1880.

The wonderful brooch depicts a bouquet of beautiful flowers which are adorned with sparkling white Paste Stones.

Paste is a heavy, transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. White Pastes sparkle just like Diamonds, captivating the allure of natures beauty.

The larger flower on the piece is known as a Trembler. It sticks out from the gallery and vibrates with movement creating a fabulous tremble effect which was highly popular in the Victorian era.

The brooch is all set in Silver and fitted with a sturdy pin and catch.

Complete with French hallmark on the catch.

This is a highly collectable French piece that look stunning when worn, very eye catching!
