This Edwardian bar pin has an ethereal beauty, with icy blue aquamarines and glittering rose cut diamond accents. Seven cushion cut aquamarines are set across an elongated oval of openwork platinum. Each gem is set in an engraved bezel. The aquas alternate with a pattern of engraved leaves, bead set with rose cut diamonds. The elegant platinum top is layered over a 14k yellow gold frame and hinged security clasp. This brooch is light and airy, with a clean-lined elegance. Circa 1910.

Gem Details.....Seven rectangular cushion faceted aquamarines have a 6.20tcw, with eye-clean to moderately included clarity and very light, slightly grayish, greenish blue (gB 2/2) color. Twelve rose cut accent diamonds have a 0.20tcw with SI2-I2 clarity and H-I color.
