There is something special about this amethyst circle brooch that has captured our attention. Eight amethyst cabochons sit in raised eight-prong settings, riveted to a sterling silver ring. The purple stones have a slightly irregular, organic quality. The silver is darkened heavily with oxidization. These effects are deeply complementary in an intense, moody way. Small silver rivets are visible on the underside of the brooch. Strangely satisfying. Circa 1930.

Details.....The brooch measures 1.76" in diameter. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
